For most treatments, you should avoid using exfoliants or strong active ingredients (like retinol) 48 hours before your appointment. Arrive with clean skin if possible, and let me know about any recent treatments or changes in your routine.

The ideal frequency depends on your skin’s needs and goals, but generally, I recommend coming in every 4–8 weeks. For specific issues like acne or pigmentation, we might adjust your schedule for optimal results.

That said, home care products that are right for your skin is what matters the most.

After that, it’s in the hands of the postal Gods, and their delivery timelines can vary. While we’d love to guarantee their speed, let’s just say they like to keep us all guessing! That said, most shipments are recieved within 3-5 days.
